Biography I am qualified teacher with an MSc in nutrition and a registered associate nutritionist. During my MSc I learnt in a genetic class that I am heterozygous for the MTHFR c677t snp. I had already been diagnosed years before with low B12 and was on 3 monthly injections.These are not often enough so I supplement with methylated multi B vitamins and 2x month sublingual B12 ( methyl cobalamin). Both my sons have high MMA. One has kidney issues( like both my 2 brothers) and the other has had 3 seizures over the last 10 years. Both my daughters have borderline high MMA too.
