Biography I’m Jennifer Gnann, a patient and family advocate with lived experience of pernicious anemia and neurological B12 deficiency after years of delayed diagnosis. My journey has led me to become deeply involved in B12 education and advocacy, particularly around recognizing deficiency when serum B12 levels or routine blood counts appear normal.I serve on the Board of Directors of Florida Hands & Voices, supporting families of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, and I also volunteer with the Pernicious Anaemia Society. As a mother navigating B12-related concerns in my own children, I’m especially passionate about improving awareness, earlier recognition, appropriate testing, and patient-centered treatment for both adults and children.
