Biography I am a mum of five and suspect b12 deficiency in all of us. I have read the books and we all meet some of the markers. I live in Ontario, Canada and was able to get cyanocobalamin vials from the pharmacy, I have not gotten needles yet so have not used them, but while I am gathering items, I wanted to learn more about doing self-injection on myself and my kids and about the doses and types, and also how and where I might be able to get the methylcobalamin vials as I read that they are a better option. I do not have a doctor helping me, that route was not helpful for me and in order to get my families health improved I must educate myself more and hopefully gain support from all on this forum.
