Biography Retired primary school teacher, originally from South Wales, living in Essex. Diagnosed with hypothyroidism and B12 deficiency since retiring. Trying to get to grips with the lack of NHS treatment and knowledge of both conditions - researching and seeking support in order to manage my own health.
